A historic archive of over 400 items celebrating the Peabody® and Emmy® Award winning broadcast legend and iconic CNN Host, Larry King, comes up for auction at Julien’s in August.

Julien’s Auctions honours the legendary life and career of broadcast giant, Larry King in an exclusive live and online presentation of nearly 400 artefacts representing King’s storied six-decade reign in radio, print, and television. Treasures from his groundbreaking tenure as host of CNN’s long-running show Larry King Live, his popular USA Today columns, and call-in radio program, The Larry King Show, to his streaming talk show Larry King Now, as well as items from the over 50,000 high-profile interviews King conducted with U.S. presidents, international celebrities, statesmen, and everyday people will be offered for the first time.

  • Larry King’s trademark suspenders (braces)
  • King’s art work from Frank Sinatra, Tony Curtis, and others, including portraits from Al Hirschfeld
  • His mantel of awards such as his Peabody, Cable Ace, Friars Club, Gracie and National Broadcasters Hall of Fame Awards;
  • His personal library and archive of letters, books, personal correspondence and items from the U.S. Presidents to political figures he interviewed from Gerald Ford, Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, The Kennedys, Donald Trump, The Bushes, Madeleine Albright to Nancy Pelosi
  • A collection of Dodgers signed baseballs, bats, jerseys & other sports memorabilia; and more.
