From Bond’s Family Motto to 24K Gold Massages: Your Luxurious Start in Bern
Your James Bond supercar trip starts in Switzerland’s capital, Bern. In the 1969 Bond movie On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, James Bond visits the office of the Gumbold brothers in Bern to learn more about his heritage. This is the scene in which Bond’s family motto, “Orbis non sufficit“ (The World Is Not Enough) is first revealed in the film series. The building that housed the office in the movie is now the Hotel Schweizerhof, where you will stay in Bern. The highlight of the Spa menu brings back memories of Goldfinger, the massage “Golden Relaxation” using pure flakes of 24-karat gold.

Bond Legends Come to Life on the 007 Walk of Fame
Blofeld’s headquarters from On Her Majesty’s Secret Service was located at the peak of the Schilthorn. You can take the chairlift to the top at 2,970 m and visit the world’s first 007 Walk of Fame, presenting 15 information panels honouring the actors and contributors of the classic Bond movie starring George Lazenby. In Bond World, you are immersed in the filming and background stories on a tour through seven key scenes with interactive experiences. Remember the rotating restaurant in the movie? This is where you can enjoy lunch while taking in breathtaking 360° views of the Swiss Alps.

From Majestic Mountain Passes to Lake Como: Goldfinger, Goldeneye & Casino Royale
Next, a day of epic driving awaits over spectacular mountain roads including the famous Furka Pass (2,429 m) which played a key role in Goldfinger. Visit the Verzasca Dam which was featured in the opening scene of Goldeneye (1995) when James Bond jumped down the dam. You can even do a bungee jump from the dam o get the true 007 feeling. Then you have an entire day to explore the area around Lake Como which was featured in Casino Royale (2006). There are Bond-themed boat tours available that include a guided tour at Villa Balbianello from Casino Royale.

Adrenaline & Elegance: From Lake Garda to Cortina d’Ampezzo in the Dolomites
Then, you will move on to Italy’s other famous lake, Lago di Garda. Remember the thrilling opening scene of Quantum of Solace (2008)? The curvy roads and tunnels from Bond’s high-speed chase in his Aston Martin are part of your route. From the lake, you’ll drive into the mountains, crossing several picturesque passes in the Dolomites until you reach Cortina d’Ampezzo, a central location in For Your Eyes Only (1981). Here, you can explore the many Bond locations in and around Cortina. You will spend the night at Faloria Mountain Spa Resort with the perfect view of one of the famous 007 locations: the Olympic Ski Jump.

A Bond-Worthy Finale: Explore the Iconic Spectre Filming Locations in Sölden
The next day, you cross into Austria and reach Sölden, a mecca for Bond fans as scenes from Spectre (2015) were filmed here. Up on the Gaislachkogl at 3,056 m stands the former Hoffler Clinic from Spectre, which is now the gourmet restaurant ice Q. Next to ice Q is 007 Elements, a series of interactive high-tech galleries showcasing classic elements from the James Bond movies, including action scenes, cars, and iconic studio sets. Take in the magnificent views of Tyrol’s mountains and valleys from up here, including original filming spots from Spectre, such as the Rettenbach Glacier Road, where the mountain chase sequence was filmed.
