Cameron Design House Kupoli Apostrophe Orange

Award-winning British lighting studio Cameron Design House has unveiled its inaugural collection of statement sculptural furniture, the Kupoli Collection. Designed to captivate, the Kupoli collection seamlessly merges artistry and craftsmanship with functionality.

Entitled ‘Kupoli’ after the Finnish word for ‘dome’, every piece from the collection features a bold and mesmerising body composed of domed steel tubes delicately finished with a glass top, creating a playful and mirrored centre-piece.

With its extensive background in bespoke lighting, the studio has expanded its creative portfolio, returning to founder Ian Cameron’s background as a furniture designer and bringing a distinct artistic sensibility to its debut furniture collection. The use of domed steel tubes as the primary material creates a curvaceous and contemporary look, while the craftsmanship and attention to detail exemplify the studio’s commitment to quality. The Kupoli Collection is a testament to the studio’s ethos of pushing design boundaries and dedication to innovation.

Aesthetic

The collection features a series of tables in varying heights, shapes and sizes including dining, coffee, console and side tables. Each piece within the collection is meticulously crafted and bespoke-designed, ensuring a unique and exclusive aesthetic that is made to stand the test of time. The furniture is designed in Cameron Design House’s London studio before being handcrafted by skilled artisans in its Hertfordshire workshops.

Ian Cameron, Creative Director of Cameron Design House, says: “We are approaching the studio’s tenth year anniversary and it is the perfect time to expand our ever growing collection of statement designs into the world of furniture, alongside our sculptural lighting pieces. The Kupoli collection celebrates the best in craft with a futuristic edge, adding a sense of wonder to any project. These pieces are very close to our hearts and we were excited to preview them to the world at Focus during London Design Festival 2023 before unveiling the complete collection at Decorex in October.”

The full collection includes a range of lighting.

The Kupoli collection starts from £2,200, depending on size and finishing choice.
